FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the date I want available? - Only FRCC Management can check availability. Please call (916)233-5153 or email info@fruitridgecc.com  to check the date in which you are interested. Leave a voice mail with details with the type of event; number of guests attending; if alcohol will be served; type of catering being used; and whether a kitchen rental is needed.

How far in advance can I reserve a date? - FRCC will take reservations up to nine months in advance. Fees will be due 60 days prior to the event.

How is pricing determined? - Rental pricing is based on a four hour block of time and whether it is a weekday, evening or weekend. FRCC Tenants and any 501(c)3 nonprofit organization are subject to a reduced rate (proof required to obtain the discount). All other renters receive  community member rates.

Is a deposit required for booking? - Yes a refundable security / cleaning deposit of $100 to $350 (depending on the event) will be required 60 days in advance by separate check. If everything is in order following your event date, your deposit will be returned within 7 business days.-

What is your cancellation policy? - FRCC Cancellation Policy is as follows: 30 days pior to event date = no penalty, full refund of rental fees; 8-29 days prior to event date = 50% refund of rental fees and 50% applied toward a future booking (within one year); 7 days or less prior to event date = forfeit
100% of rental fees.

How do I make a contract change or cancellation? - The easiest way to update a contract is to email FRCC Management. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
